- Income-Based Coverage: Canadian dental insurance plan contains a three-tier co-payment system based on your adjusted family net income such that the assistance remains exclusive to economic conditions:
- Below $70,000: No co-payment is demanded.
- $70,001 to $79,999: 40% co-payment.
- $80,000 to $89,999: 60% co-payment..
- Family-Focused: The plan insures multiple members of your family, and so it is convenient for families to seek the dental care they require.
- Essential Services: The plan ensures preventive and basic dental procedures so that necessary treatments are within everyone’s reach.
- Provider Network: Applebay Dental is happy to be included in the network of participating dental clinics in Canada, dedicated to providing quality care to our community.
